Why I am doing this?

  • Remove Warts on my forehead, neck, and head
  • Lose weight and get healthy

  • Varicose vain cure
  • Skin health: Dry skin on the shin, feet, above solar plexus, forehead, behind the ear and head. Dark red skin on the shin, and black patches on various lower feet.
  • Eyesight
  • Back pain

How I am going to do this?

  • Water fasting for 5 days (11:00, 9th of March 2019 to 11:00, 14th of March 2019)
    • I will only drink water and lemon water with rock salt
    • I am also drinking hot water, instead of tea and coffee
    • I have started the fasting on 11:00, 9th of March 2019
    • The idea is to trigger autophagy
  • Kettlebell whole body work out
    • I work out fasting as long as possible. I mean if I am not able to do it I will not do it. I will not push myself.
    • Whole body kettlebell set:
      • 8 Halos (each side)
      • 10 Goblet Squats
      • 8 Overhead Presses (each side)
      • 15 Kettlebell Swings
      • 8 Bent Over Rows (each side)
      • 6 Front Rack Reverse Lunge (per side)
      • Work up to 4 sets then increase weight.

  • Today I have done 1 set. It was hard for me, I did the round with water breaks in between. I took 20 minutes to complete 1 set. Lots to improve.

  • My goal with kettlebell
    • Work up to 4 sets then increase weight
    • Target weight 20 kg
    • Current weight 12 kg
    • I will work out alternate days i.e on Mon, Wed, and Sat
  • I am ready to fail, the whole point of the exercise is to find my limits.
  • I will be on the lookout for my strong points
  • Diet Plan
    • I am fasting now, this is for when I eat again
    • No sugar
    • Lots of Green vegetables (3 times a week)
      • Broccoli
      • Mushroom
      • Ladyfinger
      • Cauliflower
      • Beans
    • Beetroot juice (3 times a week)
      • Beetroot
      • Amla (Indian gooseberry)
      • Carrot
      • Moringa Powder
      • Gur (unrefined, solid brown sugar)
      • Ginger
      • Mint leaf
    • Chicken, mutton, liver, fish
    • Reduce carbohydrates

What I have already done?

  • I have done 16:8 Intermittent Fasting for 23 days
  • I have done 2 weeks of 20 floors stair climbing (4 days a week)
  • I have woken up everyday at 4:50 and gone to sleep by 21:30 for last 2 weeks
  • I have done 3 days of getting up from my desk and move about every hour
    • I do 2 squats, 2 lunges, 2 push-ups & 5 burpees. Try to do every hour. I have done 5 rounds of this a day for three days.
    • I have done 30 swings of heavy 20 kg kettlebell, 15 swings a set one time.
    • I did the whole body kettlebell routine once today.
  • I have started green vegetables and beetroot juice
